Where We Ship
CRETE currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Processing Time (Before It Ships)

Orders typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
Available options will appear at checkout:

Standard Shipping: usually 3–5 business days (after the order ships)

Expedited Shipping: usually 1–2 business days (after the order ships)
Transit times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
Changes & Cancellations

Order changes: If you need to update an address or order details, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@cretebeauty.com. We’ll try to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

Cancellations: Requests must be submitted before the order ships. Once shipped, an order can’t be canceled.
Returns Reminder (Shipping Fees)
Returns are available within 30 days for unopened and unused items (see our Returns Policy for full terms).
Please note: original shipping charges are not refundable.
Delays & Service Interruptions
If shipping is impacted by events beyond our control (carrier disruptions, severe weather, etc.), we’ll share updates as soon as we can via email and/or our website.
